What is First Resort? First Resort, a virtual reality-based transdiagnostic intervention, teaches cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) skills to help users manage what they think, feel, and do to live a meaningful life.

Target Audience: Patients living with chronic pain.

How it works? The program within the modules are rooted in behavioural pain medicine, and deliver the education, activities, and life skills that individuals need to manage the physical, emotional, and social aspects of chronic pain.
